President’s Corner – June/July 2025
Hi everyone, I’m so sorry I had to miss the June meeting—a major water leak at home pulled me away last minute. I hated missing it! I hope everyone who joined the cruise to Granny’s on May 17 had a great time. It’s such a beautiful backroads drive. We also had the annual trip to Granville on May 24—always one of the best car shows in the mid-state. I was hoping to attend the Gallatin Fly-In for the first time, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate. The good news: it’s back on our calendar for Saturday, August 9. If you have a great cruise destination in mind, please reach out to Mark or me. We’d love to help you bring it to life. When planning a cruise, keep two things in mind: - Pick a good spot to eat. - Plan for a rest stop if the drive is longer than an hour. There are some open dates in August, so if you have an idea for an event, please let us know before the July meeting. That gives us time to promote it and get a couple of early signups. You can always check the current schedule at nashvillecorvetteclub.com. Reminder: Our next Board Meeting is Sunday, July 14 at 5:30 PM, just before the regular Club Meeting at 7:00 PM. Hope to see you there! Roger
